the character is too static it seems robotic and unnatural I think all that is missing is a reference analysis work on the acting and an anatomy study can be it's a good try there is a good idea

The hand that is holding the fishing rod looks kinda weird and stiff

The movement is still floaty, and lipsync is good but could have some mouth shape.

Lip sync is good. His timing and posing is a little stiff.
