Personally, I try not to have the character standing around and waving their arms in space. Throw something in there that allows for some secondary animation.

Are you scaling the squirrel's head up and down at the beginning? It's usually a good idea to avoid that unless you really know what you're doing, and you're doing it for a specific reason.

Lip sync could use some work. Make sure you work on the mouth shapes. As for the rest of it, your animation is stiff and floaty in the arms and spine. The acting could use some work too.
