generally good overall. Sitting and talking isn't the best way to show off your body mechanics tho and its boring to watch. Try something a bit more physical next time, i feel that you can do it.

Really nice! Just a few notes.
1. From frame 1 to 137 you can't tell her the lady is talking to.
2. The turn at around frame 165 needs a better arc. Feels too jerky.
3. The only other thing I would say is continue to polish the shot.
