First entry in 11 sec club. Was fun but ran out of time due to the holidays. Oh well.

lip sync is a little off, and the sitting down part doesnt really look like hes sitting down, possibly due to the camera angle

be careful where some things feel jittery, the movement becomes studdered and interupted making it awkward for the audience. also really concentrate on the body before you move to the mouth controls.

Solid animation, I wish the background was not so dark so it could read better. For future improvements, tongue animation would make quite a difference. I personally felt the second cut to be a little disruptive, I'd keep exploring to find a more fluid transition.
