I like the overall animation and set-up. Good emotional drive leaves you feeling sorry for the character.

Looks lovely, though what a pity you zoomed out before the end of the dialogue. That lost your animation the full strength of that final emotional impact. I really like it though, and think the transition from cloud to reality looks great, and is very well drawn. You get away with less detail on the mouth and expression by the surrounding movement of your character, which sells the acting rather well.
