you have strong key poses, its a good job and its arguably the hardest part to get right. after that its the subtle motions and spacing that you work on next! Also really make a concentrated effort on lip synch, the mouth almost never closes. next time film your self just saying the words and notice that your mouth is hardly open, humans are lazy when we talk =)
