really work on your cameras, usually cameras start from farther away and get closer, yours are a little opposite. also its important not to emphasize the big mouth movements, watch your family and friends when they talk. they usually dont make huge mouth movements when they talk!

maybe you need to work more with the expression, like eyebrows and mouth shape. and try not to stay still in one position too long, for example, you need to move the hand even a lil bit.
