this has a lot of potential! next step is polishing things out with nice moving curves. her eyes always move with her head as well, see if loosening up their movement could add life to your characters

I don't really get what is happening and the lipsynch seems limited to open and shut mouth with minimal expression.

body movement is okay, lip sync way off. you want to try shaping her mouth more, right now it just looks like her jaw goes up and down.
