There is absolutely no emotion in the face of the character. She needs something. Being sad, or happy, or angry. It feels like she's just rehearsing something she doesn't have any passion about.
On the technical side, the notebook is kinda floating over her hands and doesn't follow their movement. It could have been locked onto the hand instead to make sure it looked like she held it

Camera shots kill this one, Animation although effective is static and detracts from the overall delivery.

Lip sync is off. She doesn't move around a lot. She stands still most of the time. I would try to make her move more
