everything is really good, my only problem is that in your "O" shape of her lip synch is HUGE, it feels like she's dislocating her jaw every time there's an O vowel

Really nice job overall! The character seemed a touch old given the voice, but the animation itself was pretty spot on. Well done.

I think you could definitely spend a little more time refining the mouth shapes but otherwise I think you've created a nice interpretation of the sound byte with a great natural feel to it.
