so your lip synch is on point! i really dont think you need to work on that at all! the next step i believe is to work on your body actions and acting. the timing of things are slow and floaty, really find key poses and move between them with some overlap. Nothing really moves from one to the next seamlessly without some stationary time without a lot of movement!

You've struck a couple of decent poses, but the animation is floaty and the camera drift is distracting. Pay attention to composition. In this case you are trying too hard to show everything all at once. It would have been better just two still cameras, cut from one to the next. Lip synch also out.
