Very nice and smoothed, one of the best I've seen so far. Not much to say except for the upper part of the spine, from 191 on, it looks too inclined in comparision with the rest of the back, a common issue when working with a spine IK, but can't tell if that's the case. It also might be more notorious because of the texture. To me the 1st and 3rd thirds of the animation are more solid than the 2nd thrid, in which some transitions could be smoothed (easyed, if that makes sense), as in 207-208-209.

Could use more exaggeration in the “why not?!” and a little follow through at the end would tie it up really well.
