Nice idea and nice animation. Only I don't get last few frames of animation when Santa change his expression in mirror's reflection.

Really like this one, great work! Everything from the poses to the staging to the coloring, all spot on. Could use a few more inbetweens in places, and the elf seems a bit stiff/lifeless at times, but overall, A+. :)

This is great. Background is painted, all key frames are logical, the colors are neat, and has the characters convey movement and emotion. 10/10
