Nice character designs. The gesture between frames 150 and 180 is also really well-drawn.
I feel like there might be too many cuts in the entire work. Instead of cutting to a close-up at frame 85, keep the camera pulled back and have the bear lean in during the wide-shot. This way, you could show both the bear's action and the 2nd character's reaction to him leaning in without the extra jump-cut.

I like the sketching style! I just think the movements are a bit too fast and maybe need more flow. I think from frame 142 on the flow gets better

Good effort...I felt you should have stayed on the main character more, you're making too many cuts that interfere with the flow of your animation.
