More arcs in the hand motions would be good. Also some of the hand movements are a bit 'too fast' to register, slowing down and spacing between movements can help the movements be emphasized and understood more easily.

I don't understand exactly the link between a crime lab and a christmas tree, but your animation looks great ahah !! It would look even better with some secondary actions, that's a lot of pose to pose right now.
