the actions feel kinda bland, like everything is evenly spaced, and very smooth/basic splines. Think about offsetting timing, changing the easing on some actions, and get a little bit of variety between slow actions & faster ones.
Also don't be afraid to get more expressive with the faces! Seems like you didn't do much with the eyelides, eyebrows, or mouth shapes. Remember that there's more to lipsync than just flapping the jaw!
