Great concept, I think you couldve added in a different pose for the last part of your shot. You go from shot A , them looking at the photo, to shot B, the reveal of them as ghosts, back to shot A, and it feel like your shot isnt progressing. Maybe end the shot with an angle from the side with the photo in view to deliver the last line?
