movements feel very jerky, make sure you're using splines and taking the time to polish! Also don't be afraid to rotate the lower spine, to help the character feel a little more flexible/less stiff

I really liked the animation. One thing that is missing here is the smoothness....otherwise it was is a great animation for me.
