Composition needs improving.

You should try and shoot reference so that you can get a better idea on how you want to animate your sequence.

Your characters are moving robotically. Don't just animate the head moving. Make sure you're animating the body as well to support the head.

Lip sync is ok but can improve.

In general, it lacks the fundamentals. I would suggest learning the simple "ball bouncing" exercise to start understanding the basics of animation.
