The end of a chess game between Pingy Bird (Black) and Romeo Forsteri (White). Romeo takes a rook with his queen, leaving Pingy's position hopeless. Pingy provokes Romeo by warning him not to take her last pawn.

Fun idea with the penguins! You also have a very complicated setup with the chess board and pieces.
In general, though your characters lack weight to them and are floaty throughout. I would suggest learning the simple "bouncing ball" exercise to start understanding the basics of animation. As well as the "flour sack" exercise to understand the spine and hips/root movement.
Lip sync is off and needs improvement. At times it's a bit ambiguous even with the simple beak mouth. It's the timing that's off.
