Seems a bit float-y, but interesting premise.

I'm not sure that I like having to read the note in order to understand the story. Somehow, it feels separate from the character.

I like the camera zoom from the note at the beginning and the concept of the first man talking to Bill via loudspeaker. Only complaints are Bill not looking disappointed when he says, "adequatulance" and the shot of him about to eat the chicken leg is held a little longer than necessary, otherwise the rest of jus animation, poses and lip sync are fine.
