Bill's first week on the job as the new English teacher and he is feeling full of adequatulance.

too many movements, especially the guy in the doorway. Unneeded hand gestures

I didn't get Bill's movement or expression when he said, "adequatulance" since he should have looked disappointed rather than happy but the rest of the movements are good as is the lip sync.

I like the guy on the left. He has a lot of personality and is interesting to watch. However, I would rework the guy on the right. He has very stiff and has unneeded movements which distract from the main character. Also, I would go back and polish and smooth the arm movement on the left guy during frames 180 to 202.
