Try not making the spacing so mechanic. Use acceleration and deacceleration, hold your poses more and I believe you'll be able to improve your work.

would on proportion and perspective.It would also help if u plan out the animation more aswell.

The body movements are good but the lip sync could do with more work and the background disappears for a few frames.
