Nice idea. Staging needs some work and be careful not to run too many poses over the dialogue. Timing is a bit rapid throughout at the sacrifice of letting the strongest poses read well.

Bill's mouth stops moving sooner than it should at the end but the ret of his lip sync is good as are his body animation, facial expressions and poses.
