you can drag a lottle more the head when he is turning towards the other guy. right now the body and the head are moving at the same time. I think he should have a blink on the turning.
And the last pose with the pointing finger could be more apealing.
the shot looks nice. the lipsynk is good.

Lovely animation, lip sync and facial work, especially the ending where Bill's eyes narrow and the other man's confused look as if he doesn't know what adequatulance means.
