I think you have some nice poses, but your smears are too obvious and big (they should be felt, not seen), and the energy level of "bill" doesn't quite match the tone of voice

Bill's head turn before he says, "Very adequately, sir..." is very rapid but the rest of the animation inconsistent while the lip sync and facial animations are very well done.
