Looks good!
I few things I would note on.
1. When the character on the right sits down from frames 8 to 19, his spine and the hips stay straight and makes the movement feel very stiff.
2. The character on the left isn't looking at what he is writing from frames 0 to 13. It would be better for his eyes to be looking at his hand or to the area he is drawing instead. It would also make his eye movement from frame 13 to 19 more exaggerated and appealing.
3. This is only personal preference but I think It would be better for the character on the left to take off his headphones sooner around frame 43.

Good poses, animation and lip sync throughout, especially Bill looking disappointed and sinking into his chair when he says, "adequatulance."
