Looks like it could use a few more passes, but it's alright. Bill still looks a little stiff. The first character looks almost frozen too.

The first character seems great!! very in character, but you havent been able to use the beats in the audio to show the energy for the second one

A couple of slow movements on Bill and the man on the right could turn his head more to properly face him otherwise the rest of the body movements, especially Bill painting, and the lip sync are fine.
