Nice use of the audio with the papers! There's a bit too much happening in the shot overall, though. Keep the drill sergeant in there and remove the head slam.

Movements could do with more inbetweens otherwise the poses, lip sync and facial expressions are good. It's very funny when Bill's head falls onto the table.
