Some funny movements in there. I'd work on being more complete. For example, the guy in the tie didn't even look at the fellow in the dumpster when he was talking to him at the beginning

Excellent uses of animation, poses, lip sync and expressions. I like Bill's shoulder-shrugging and doubtful look at the end.
