I like the way you tried to make the painter look totally weird. However it feels a bit slow and not very precise. Nice idea though.

Bill's standing up from frames 53 - 73 is floaty, I would like to have seen the other man's face when he asks Bill if everything is going adequately and Bill's smiling does not fit at the end but I like the rest of the animation and the camera angle that reveals what Bill had been painting.

This was a clever idea! If you work a little more on the animation, especially for the sitting character, this will end up great :)
