I have to improve the timming and lipsyinc, and a lot of more stuff.

He didn't appear to have any life in him. In terms of how it was blocked out at least, it's still very stiff. Loosen up a bit, and act out the scene to see how you would animate the character.

Nice job. I would probably work more on his eyes and lip sync animations. The eyes are always looking at the same place, not sure where and looks a little creepy.
