Need to fix that camera key around frame 160. Hand movements need to be fixed a bit.

nice lip sync matching! timing is off, try speeding up the falling hands and slowing down when he rises them!

The camera suddenly snaps down a bit around frame 159 so just mind out for that :)

I think the subtle movements of your character match the tone of the dialogue nicely. however, this piece could be polished up a bit more with timing, pauses, and focus on your tangents with each motion of his hands.
