Lip syncing could use a little more work

The choice of poses feel very non-committal to the lecture he's giving. Resting legs up only to take them down again that quickly kind of defeats the purpose unless he had a special reason to bring them down again for example. And the poignant fist slam feels like it doesn't belong.

It's very pose to pose. I actually suffer from this quite a lot too. You need to try and loosen the guy up a little so he's not so still in between movements and maybe try offsetting some of his movements a little more.
