Nice to see some projects without magicians too. Fish can talk about the universe as well! I think this is a good start and swimming in water is almost sold. at f193 the fish hits a wall which pulled me out of the underwater reality you setup nicely. I might try to work on the brows and lids more to create more variety of expression. The spin around f250 is nicely done.

I gave this a decent grade because the animation is good, it's only the lipsync that is lacking, but I didn't want to grade you down for it too much.
