The keyboard and other desk objects are hovering. The lip flaps are going way to fast and it seems to be a frame by frame open and close. All the movements seem to suffer from this so try slowing it down and adding more fluid motions. When bringing your hand down, it doesn't just stop on a dime there's a little bounce to it.

This is breaking the 180 degree rule which makes it very confusing to watch

Don't be afraid to animate the body - you have hand gestures and facial animation, but their trunks really don't move with any of the poses here.

The chubby guy his lip moves after "I don't eat meat" I would fix that. Camera switching is too fast
