But I think you should make a choice between all the ideas you have and keep only one that we're really looking at. Cause everything is moving in the same time and we don't know where we should look.

Good idea ! You should try to add more overlap on your action, so the movement don't stop so abruptly. I am not sure about not making your character move their mouth. It seems a bit weird to me.
