Start it with the shepherd's hand out, and have the first action be the sheep recoiling, otherwise it throws the first line of dialog the wrong way.

Very good animation overall. Problem is the idea doesn't quite work. Why would he be surprised that a sheep is a vegetarian? All sheep are vegetarians. The other way around would've worked better, especially if the sheep thought he was going to be dinner.

nice rendering! but the camera cuts are a little weird

Nice movements but maybe try pushing the facial expressions a bit (e.g his face would probably scrunch up a bit more as he tries to compute the lack of meat.) a nice start though. :)
