Are these poses still linearly interpolated? Seems to be a very flat almost machine like quality to the tweening. Lipsync's off a bit - the rule I always heard was to have the jaw open quickly for the vowels then ease closed - in this case it seems the mouths are hitting their open pose well after the sound is already on its way. As for the body positions, I'd recommend trying to imply a little more weight to them, not just the gestures you're going for. There's precious little anticipation or follow through on anything here.
