I really like idea of the duck and snake. But the models don't quite look expressive enough. It would be really great if you could see what they were saying in their expressions and movements.

It all feels very stiff. Wish the snake moved more, like the snake in Disney's Jungle Book or Robin Hood.

Interesting concept, but the animation needs a lot of work. The lipsync doesn't work, and there really isn't much posing to the characters at all, so I can't exactly judge how they move. For the bird's landing, look up reference of actual birds landing - I'd expect the wings to be flailing behind, and his body actually leading with the feet forward.
