The thing that sticks out the most as needing improvement, is dead facial expressions. Waiter's eyebrow movements are decent, but the rest of the faces need work.

The animation you have is pretty solid, but it needs more! These guys aren't really experiencing any emotionality, or reaction to each others' lines, they're just standing there. Might not want to cut back and forth so much either, it's disorienting and we don't get to see the other character's overlapping reactions to the lines!

I really like some of the ideas you have in there.....I think some time could be spent loosening up the figures because right now they both feel rather stiff.
