To remove those dots in the playblast, go into the viewport --> view and turn off pivots. That should do it.
Anyway, I think they're moving way too much, fast, and fidgety. I would tone down the movement a little, as they look unnatural. Looking at referencing would help a lot.

I'd be interested in hearing where you got lipsync training from... it's all over the place dude. Nobody's jaw moves like that (unless they're chewing a rubbery steak maybe). I think it would serve you well to go back to animation basics before attempting acting.
