Your keys are looking great! You need to tighten up the movement for hands for woman especially, also her eye darts are a bit floating around fr 100-110
I really like the last shot with the man taking of his glasses, he has attitude. I would just make sure that his arm's arc works well, because now it clicks a bit.

Probably the first idea everyone has when they start thinking about this conversation. The animation is very linear and needs to provide more smoothness to the curves, this is too robotic.
Think about the Easy-in and Easy-out, you missed it everywhere.
Need to work more the lip-Sync.
But you try to get them some kind of personality with secondaries animations.
