Upper body movements seem disconnected with the lower body.

Looks pretty good. One thing that sticks out to me is your timing. For example, the girl lifts her hand up as soon as the waiter is walking in front of the camera. The hand gesture got lost and I felt like she just "jumped" with the hand, feeling a bit lost myself on what exactly was happening.
In addition, I feel like her reactions are sluggish. Maybe try holding a pose? Keep up the great work, I love the setting!
