I love the character design and facial expressions! Absolutely fantastic. You've also put a lot of work into the background and additional characters and have provided an explanation for where that pounding noise is in fact coming from. The lip sync at the start could use a bit more work and the animation needs a little bit more smoothing out, but apart from that it's perfect!
