The beats you hit seem a tad late. Also old man becomes a statue when told to "stop". I know you want to hold the pose but you need to keep him alive.

the skeleton is very well animated

Pretty good movement, but perhaps he could pull a lever instead of holding up a card to drop the guy. I think that would make more sense.
