Hi! The poses are very stiff in general. The guy should move his legs when he moves his hips forward. Now, it just looks as if he is stuck there.

Pretty good expressions, feels a bit floaty & I think you can work with spacing the legs out a bit & shifting of weight to get more out of his subtler movements.
