Characters oddly move. The female hands and heads. Needs more 12 principles.

The very beginning is very jerky and it definitely detracts from your overall work being the first thing that the viewer sees. On the other hand your shot that zooms in though has a lot more polish and the little touches of the hair and eye movements do elevate it, but I'd say give some subtle change to the lips when the man's speaking.
