Great start with the animation poses and fluid movements. I just wish you continued

It's an issue of timing. Things feel slow because you did too little movement between each frame and thus took too long to reach the key poses.

I love the art direction, reminds me of 2010's Nicktoons pilot. Animation is good, would like to see more cartoony movements, but as a whole pretty decent.
