The head turns are too slow. They feel like a haunted doll in a horror film. Try acting it out yourself and animate what feels natural.

I dont know this rig but I think a rig with a lot more facial control would fit better to this kind of sound file.

too stiff and robotic, different mouth shapes can be better too

Very stiff with little animation as a whole. I do think the lip syncing is well done, however.

Characters lack interpretation. The lipsync is the strongest point in this.
Maybe a little more detail in the eyes could improve the whole scene.
